Dresses should be 'floaty' so that they move in the fast spins that are characteristic of salsa. Make sure that the straps are tight so you and your partner are not distracted when dancing because you need to keep adjusting your outfit!

When choosing a skirt make sure that you choose one that twirls.

If you are going to wear jeans / trousers make sure they are stretchy. Look for something a little snazzy.

Heels up to 2.5 inch in height look elegant and allow you to do fast spins and strut your stuff!
